Instructions
- Prepare the Muffin Tin:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 20-cup mini muffin tin thoroughly.
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and 1/2 cup sugar. Stir in sprinkles.

- In a separate bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

- Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl while muffins bake.

- Let muffins cool in tin for 5 minutes, then carefully remove. While warm, brush each muffin pop with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
- Serve:
