Instructions

- Bake:
- Bake 10–12 minutes, until custard is just set and bread edges are golden.
- Top and Serve:
- Remove from oven, cool slightly. Top with mango, pineapple, kiwi, sprinkle shredded coconut and lime zest. Drizzle extra honey or maple syrup if desired. Serve immediately.
