09 - 1 cup boiling water
10 - 1/2 cup cold water

# Preparation Steps:
01 - Arrange 8 clear cups with 6 to 8 ounce capacity for the layering process.
02 - Dissolve red gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, stirring well. Add 1/2 cup cold water and stir to combine. Divide evenly among cups, using approximately 2 tablespoons per cup. Place cups at a slight angle using a muffin tin for support and refrigerate for 45 to 60 minutes until completely set.
03 - Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water in a clean bowl and allow to bloom for 5 minutes. Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over the bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and cool to room temperature before proceeding.
04 - Once red layer has completely set, carefully pour white layer over red layer using approximately 2 tablespoons per cup. Position cups upright and refrigerate for 45 to 60 minutes until firmly set.
05 - Dissolve blue gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, stirring thoroughly. Add 1/2 cup cold water and stir to combine. Allow mixture to cool to room temperature before layering.
06 - Once white layer is completely firm, gently pour cooled blue gelatin over white layer using approximately 2 tablespoons per cup. Refrigerate upright for at least 2 hours until fully set.
07 - Top each cup with whipped cream and arrange fresh blueberries and strawberries as desired before serving.
