Pomegranate Brie Wreath (Print Version)

# Components:

→ Cheese & Pastry

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
02 - 7 oz (200 g) Brie cheese, rind on, sliced

→ Fruits & Garnish

03 - 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
04 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
05 - 1/4 cup fresh rosemary sprigs

→ Other

06 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
07 - 1 tbsp honey
08 - 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll the puff pastry sheet. Using a sharp knife, cut an 8-inch circle, then cut a 4-inch circle from the center to create a wreath shape.
03 - Evenly distribute Brie slices around the pastry wreath base, leaving a small border visible.
04 - Sprinkle half of the pomegranate seeds and all chopped nuts (if using) evenly over the Brie.
05 - Fold the pastry edge over the filling and pinch gently to secure. Brush the pastry surface with beaten egg.
06 - Bake for 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
07 - Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, and season with freshly ground black pepper.
08 - Allow to cool slightly. Garnish the wreath with the remaining pomegranate seeds, parsley leaves, and rosemary sprigs. Serve warm or at room temperature.
