08 - 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles

# Preparation Steps:
01 - Set oven to 480°F (250°C) or as high as possible. Position pizza stone inside if using.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out dough into a 12-inch round. Transfer onto parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
03 - Combine crème fraîche, garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
04 - Evenly spread crème fraîche mixture over dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
05 - Sprinkle mozzarella cheese uniformly over the sauce.
06 - Distribute sliced pickles and red onion (if desired) atop the cheese.
07 - Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust turns golden and cheese is bubbling.
08 - Remove from oven, garnish with fresh dill, slice, and serve promptly.
