02 - 4 large whole dill pickles
03 - 4 slices cheddar cheese
04 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

07 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
# Preparation Steps:
01 - Lay out flour tortillas on a clean cutting board.
02 - Using a spreading knife, evenly coat each tortilla with 1 ounce of softened cream cheese.
03 - Place a slice of cheddar cheese in the center of each tortilla.
04 - If desired, sprinkle chopped dill and red onion over the cheese, and drizzle yellow mustard.
05 - Place one whole dill pickle along the edge of each prepared tortilla.
06 - Tightly roll each tortilla around the pickle, enclosing all filling.
