01 - 4 slices whole grain or sourdough bread

02 - 4 tablespoons natural peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
03 - 2 ripe bananas, sliced

04 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
05 - 2 tablespoons chopped roasted peanuts
06 - 2 tablespoons granola
07 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
09 - Pinch of sea salt

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
02 - Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto each warm slice of toasted bread.
03 - Evenly distribute the banana slices over two of the peanut butter-coated bread slices.
04 - Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the banana slices.
05 - Sprinkle chopped peanuts, granola, chia seeds if using, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt over the bananas.
06 - Place the remaining bread slices, peanut butter side down, on top to form two sandwiches.
