# Preparation Steps:
01 - Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - Combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir frequently until smooth and fully melted.
03 - Remove saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
04 - Fold mini marshmallows into the mixture until evenly distributed.
05 - Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
06 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
07 - Lift the fudge using the parchment overhang and cut into 24 squares.
