# Preparation Steps:
01 - Combine oat milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until steaming but not boiling.
02 - Sift matcha powder into a small bowl, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of hot water (not boiling), and whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy.
03 - Remove the spiced oat milk from heat and stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract.
04 - Divide matcha evenly into two mugs. Pour the spiced oat milk slowly over the matcha to create a layered effect if desired.
05 - Top each latte with a cinnamon stick or a light dusting of ground cinnamon. Serve immediately.
