05 - 1.1 oz dried figs, diced
06 - 0.7 oz golden raisins

07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
08 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt flakes
09 - Edible gold leaf or rose petals (optional, for garnish)

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water using a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
03 - Stir ground cardamom into the melted chocolate until evenly combined.
