# Preparation Steps:
01 - Wash and trim the cucumber ends. Using a mandoline or vegetable peeler, slice lengthwise into long, thin strips. Pat dry with paper towels.
02 - In a small bowl, blend softened cream cheese with chives, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and combined.
03 - Arrange cucumber strips on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of the seasoned cream cheese evenly on each strip.
04 - Top each cucumber strip with a slice of deli meat and optional red bell pepper or avocado slices as desired.
05 - Carefully roll each cucumber strip into a tight spiral and place seam-side down on a serving platter. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if using. Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes for firmer texture.
