01 - 8 slices brioche bread

02 - 7 oz cooked turkey breast, sliced
03 - 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
04 - 3.5 oz cooked stuffing (store-bought or homemade)
05 - 4 tbsp mayonnaise
06 - 4 slices mild cheddar cheese (optional)

→ Vegetables

07 - Small handful baby spinach or lettuce leaves
08 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

→ Butter

09 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Lightly toast the brioche slices until golden for extra flavor.
02 - Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each brioche slice.
03 - On four brioche slices, layer turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, cheddar cheese if using, and baby spinach or lettuce leaves.
04 - Top each sandwich with thin slices of red onion.
05 - Place the remaining brioche slices on top, mayonnaise side down.
06 - Lightly butter the outside surfaces of each sandwich.
07 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and grill each sandwich for 2-3 minutes per side, pressing gently until golden and heated through.
