# Components:
→ Main
01 - 2 large flour tortillas
02 - 4 tablespoons Nutella or chocolate-hazelnut spread
03 - 2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
04 - 2 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts, optional
05 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter for frying
→ Garnish
06 - Powdered sugar for dusting, optional
07 - Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream to serve, optional
# Preparation Steps:
01 - Place one flour tortilla flat on a cutting board and cut from the center to the edge, creating a quartered circle.
02 - Spread 2 tablespoons of Nutella onto the first quarter, arrange half of the sliced bananas on the second quarter, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chopped hazelnuts on the third quarter, and leave the fourth quarter plain or spread extra Nutella as desired.
03 - Starting from the cut edge, fold the Nutella-covered quarter over the bananas, then fold over the hazelnuts, and lastly fold over the plain quarter, shaping a compact triangle.
04 - Repeat the filling and folding process with the remaining ingredients on the second tortilla.
05 - Melt the unsalted butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each folded wrap for 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and accompanied by whipped cream or vanilla ice cream if preferred.
