01 - 16 large fresh strawberries, hulled
02 - 16 seedless red grapes

→ Cheese

03 - 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 16 cubes (approximately 0.8 inch each)

04 - 2 tablespoons softened cream cheese

05 - Fresh mint leaves (optional)

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries and grapes. Slice off the stem end of each strawberry to create a flat base.
02 - Thread a cube of mozzarella cheese onto a toothpick or small skewer. Place a strawberry, flat side down, on top of the cheese cube, then add a grape on top of the strawberry.
03 - Pipe a small dot of softened cream cheese on the top of each grape to mimic the pom-pom of a Santa hat.
04 - Arrange all assembled Santa hats on a serving platter and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
05 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
