06 - 48 mini pretzel twists (for antlers)
07 - 24 mini chocolate chips or edible candy eyes
# Preparation Steps:
01 - Set the oven temperature to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Separate the dough into 24 equal portions and flatten each into a small disc.
03 - Place one cheese cube at the center of each dough disc, then pinch the dough edges around the cheese to enclose it and roll into a smooth ball.
04 - Place each sealed dough ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Brush the dough balls with melted butter and evenly sprinkle with coarse kosher salt.
06 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the bites turn golden brown.
07 - Remove the pretzel bites from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes.
08 - Insert two mini pretzel twists on each side of the top of the bites to create antlers.
09 - Secure a red candy to the front of each bite using a small amount of cream cheese or melted chocolate as adhesive if needed.
10 - Place two mini chocolate chips or edible candy eyes above the red nose for facial features.
