# Preparation Steps:

02 - Cover the jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter secured by a rubber band. Allow mixture to ferment at room temperature between 68–77°F for 24–48 hours, monitoring for slight fizz and tanginess.
03 - Remove kefir grains or ginger bug using a fine mesh strainer. Discard or reserve cultures for future batches.
04 - In a pitcher, blend the fermented soda base with fresh orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir gently to integrate flavors.
