# Preparation Steps:

01 - In a sanitized glass jar, dissolve organic cane sugar in filtered water. Add water kefir grains or ginger bug along with lemon juice. Stir gently using a non-metallic spoon to avoid culture disruption.

04 - In a pitcher, blend the fermented soda base with fresh orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir gently to integrate flavors.
