# Components:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped (about 2 medium breasts)

→ Vegetables

02 - 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
03 - 1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
04 - 1 cup cucumber, diced
05 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
06 - 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

→ Fruits & Nuts

07 - 1/3 cup dried cranberries
08 - 1/4 cup toasted pecans or walnuts, chopped

→ Cheese

09 - 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

→ Dressing

10 - 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
11 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
12 - 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
13 - 1 tablespoon honey
14 - 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
15 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
02 - Divide the dressing evenly among 4 quart-sized mason jars.
03 - Layer in each jar the following ingredients in order: diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, diced red bell pepper, shredded red cabbage, chopped cooked chicken, dried cranberries, crumbled feta cheese, chopped pecans or walnuts, and chopped romaine lettuce on top.
04 - Seal the jars securely and refrigerate until serving.
05 - Shake each jar well before opening or pour contents into a bowl and toss to combine thoroughly.
