# Preparation Steps:

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil pasta in salted water, cooking 2 minutes less than package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion and bell peppers for 4 to 5 minutes until softened. Add garlic, smoked paprika, and chili flakes if using. Cook 1 minute more.
- Reduce heat to medium, pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring to loosen browned bits. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir in ¾ of the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses until fully melted and sauce is smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss thoroughly to combine. Adjust seasoning with additional Cajun spice, salt, or pepper as needed.
- Transfer mixture to a lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly on top.
- Bake uncovered for 18 to 20 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley and a pinch of Cajun seasoning on top before serving.
