11 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil

→ Rice Bowls

13 - 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice or 2 cups cooked rice
14 - 1 small carrot, julienned or shredded
15 - ½ cucumber, thinly sliced into half-moons
16 - ½ cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
17 - 2 scallions, thinly sliced
18 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
19 - Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Cook rice according to package directions. Keep warm until ready to assemble bowls.
02 - Whisk together rice vinegar, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl. Adjust heat with additional Sriracha or sweetness with honey as desired. Set aside.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking apart with a spatula, until browned and no longer pink, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
04 - Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes to allow flavors to combine. Remove from heat.
05 - Divide warm rice evenly among four serving bowls. Top each bowl with an equal portion of seasoned turkey. Arrange carrot, cucumber, and red cabbage around the turkey.
06 - Drizzle each bowl generously with bang bang sauce. Sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
